All services are provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Any additional features, changes, or requests outside the original scope may require revised pricing or timelines.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, and approvals necessary to complete projects. Delays caused by missing information may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payments & Pricing
Pricing, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods are agreed upon before project initiation. Payments once made are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client after full payment. Triolabs retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
Triolabs agrees to keep all client data, business information, and project materials confidential. We do not disclose client information without consent, except where required by law.
7. Project Timelines & Revisions
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, feedback cycles, or external factors. Reasonable revisions are included as agreed, while excessive or new revisions may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Triolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to business loss, data loss, or revenue loss.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice. In case of termination, the client agrees to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or tools. Triolabs is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
